What happens after i submit my form?
Once your form is submitted you’ll receive a confirmation email (please give LaModa 24-48 hours to respond) Once your confirmation is received you’ll be able to schedule your consultation with McKinis. In your consultaion you’ll receive your client welcome packet that explains the process, terms of agreement and answer any questions you may have. To move forward in the process your 50% non refundable deposit must be paid and terms of agreement must be signed
how much do you charge?
Prices vary based on project. This will be discussed during your consultation.
How long is the process?
Process time varies depending on client needs and project.
Do you only style women?
No! We style men women and children
Are you available on weekends?
LaModa is closed on Sundays! Any events or scheduling issues should be discussed during your consultation.
Royally Charmed
How can i order? what’s the process?
Fill out the form on the Royally Charmed page. Once your form has been received, you’ll get a confirmation (please allow Royally Charmed 24-48hrs to respond) , a conultation and an invoice. Once invoice is received and you’ve double checked every detail, you’ll then pay your 50% non refundable deposit to move forward.
is there a way i can do a custom order for an item that’s not on the option list?
Please reach out to McKinis through email or note on your form your interest to see if she will be able to take on your project. Please give detailed description. Keep in mind that inquiring about an item not on the list doesn’t ensure that your request will be granted.
How long does it take for shipment?
Please allow Royally Charmed 2-4 week process time and another 7-14 days for shipment. This process time can be shorter or longer. This is to ensure that each item is made with care and quality. This also allows the proper dry time to help prevent damages during shipment such as loosening or breaking of gems and charms. Please make sure to double check address and confirm that it is correct. Royally Charmed is not responsible for wrong addresses received, mistakes and or shipment mishandling.
whats the price?
All orders for Royally Charmed require a 50% non refundable deposit. Prices vary based on project and customer needs. Once you have received and gone over your invoice you’ll be able to pay through Square up where your invoice will be sent.
whats the return policy
All sales are final as the items are custom made and not exchangeable. During your consultation and before paying invoice please make sure all notes and request are correct to avoid unsatisfactory.
Damaged
Any items damaged upon arrival and or mishandled during shipment procces is not the responsiblity of Royally Charmed or McKinis LaChe.’
Fragile?
YES! All Royally Charmed products, bling and charms are fragile and should be handled with care. Rough handling, throwing dropping tugging and shoving can all lead to damages. This is not the responsibility of Royally Charmed. You are welcome to place another order if your item is damaged but there are no returns. If your item is washable please wash carefully. Turn socks mask/ski mask inside out and wash on delicate in washer. Let air dry. Mesh socks should be hand washed, let air dry.
